The Jonsbo TK-1 is perfect for the enthusiast who loves the look of dual-chamber cases but wants to build a small form factor PC. This Micro-ATX chassis boasts an innovative tempered glass panel, that features two distinct bends, allowing it to stretch from the front of the case to the back. This offers an uninterrupted view of all your gaming hardware. What's more, this panel utilises several innovations to help reduce unexpected damage, including an anti-shatter film and shock absorbing rubber O-rings where the panel is connected to the main chassis. The panel’s gentle curve has inspired the rest of the case, which integrates rounded corners, providing a pleasing aesthetic. In addition to its stylish looks, this small case has space for a Mini-ITX or M-ATX motherboard, a 280mm GPU, ATX PSU, alongside two storage drives, and a comprehensive cooling solution.

JONSBO TK-1 2.0 MICRO-ATX CASE AT A GLANCE:

  • Micro-ATX form factor case with dual chambers
  • Single tempered glass panel with dual bends providing a panoramic view
  • Support for GPUs up to 280mm long
  • Room for full size ATX power supplies
  • Vertical airflow cooling design
  • Fully featured front I/O

TWO AND A HALF SIDES OF GLASS

The Jonsbo TK-1 takes the highly popular dual-chamber style of case and manages to shrink it down into a Micro-ATX form factor. To achieve this, Jonsbo has utilised several clever design innovations. The most obvious of these is the tempered glass panel. Whereas most other dual-chamber cases employ two or more flat pieces of tempered glass, the Jonsbo TK-1 utilises a single glass panel that stretches from the front of the case all the way to the back. It features two curves along its length, and you can enjoy a seamless view of all your gaming hardware. In addition to this, its unique profile helps to make it more damage resistant. Further enhancing the strength of this panel, Jonsbo has added a thin film to the glass, reducing the chances of it shattering. Moreover, the mounting holes of the panel also feature a 2.5mm thick rubber O-ring which acts as a shock absorber increasing the TK-1's resistance to shocks.

A SMALL CASE WITH PLENTY OF SPACE

The Jonsbo TK-1 can accommodate a large amount of hardware. Within the main chamber, there is space for either a Mini ITX or M-ATX motherboard. In addition to this, there is room for a full-sized GPU, thanks to the four expansion slots and up to 280mm GPU clearance.

Within the rear chamber, with 220mm of clearance this case has space for SFX, SFX-L and ATX power supplies. Alongside the power supply, there is ample room for storage. In fact, there are two options available for storage, you can choose to have two 3.5" HDDs or a single 3.5" HDD and a 2.5" SSD.

A FULLY ENCLOSED CASE WITH GREAT COOLING

Any hardware installed in the Jonsbo TK-1 will be able to operate at peak performance, this is due to the exceptional cooling design of this chassis. The Jonsbo TK-1 acts as a vertical wind tunnel, where air is drawn through the base of the case, then channelled over your hardware and subsequently exhausted out the top. Doing this, Jonsbo cleverly harnesses the power of convection, where heated air particles become less dense, and thus rise above cooler air particles.

To create the ideal airflow through the TK-1, you can mount two 120mm fans at the base of the case. This serves to draw air in through the large dust filter that stretches across the whole panel. This cool air is then channelled up to the rest of your hardware. At the top of this chassis, there is also room for two 120mm fans. In addition to this, you can opt to install a 240mm radiator. With fans positioned at the top of the case, fresh air can be drawn in through the perforations of the rear panel, providing even more cooling.

The rear compartment also has plenty of access to fresh air, ideal for maintaining your PSU and storage at optimum temperature. The base, side, and rear panels are all perforated, allowing for air to easily enter and exit the chamber.

Lovely case. So close to 5 stars.

The case itself is spot on. Great for an ITX build as shown, with the option to upgrade to matx. Plenty of room, fits a wide 240mm aio and gives adequate cooling with 4 fans. The only gripe is the QC a few slight misalignments, which are hardly noticeable, and it’s because of the curved tempered glass panel. Also, the CPU power socket has no route to the motherboard, so it’s crushed by anything other than a slim fan.

For the price I expected it to be perfect, but overall I am very pleased.
